Shipping Policy

 

Estimated delivery times

Orders for wine, olive oil or other products will be delivered in accordance with the information provided to the Customer at the time of purchase.

We do everything possible to meet the estimated delivery times, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays experienced by the carriers. In particular, during critical season periods (Christmas/Black Friday/Easter/Other holidays) carriers may not be able to guarantee estimated delivery times.

 

Delivery location

The customer must indicate an address where someone is available to receive the order. In the case of orders returned by absent or unknown recipient, or incorrect address, we are not responsible for further reshipment. The customer must contact us and pay the shipping costs for the order to be dispatched again.

 

Unavailable products

All products ordered will be sent to their destination, however, exceptionally, there may be situations where a product is not available after the order has been placed. In these rare cases, the customer will be notified by email or by phone so that the order is cancelled and the refund processed.

 

Fees and taxes

An order may be subject to local import taxes and fees once the order arrives in a country. Confiar Memórias Lda has no control over these charges and cannot predict their value (therefore all additional costs with taxes, fees and customs charges are not our responsibility). Confiar Memórias Lda reserves the right not to refund the customer if the customer objects to the payment of these fees/taxes.
